Dear People who are hearing impaired: Just turn your trust over to
a very religious man, Ken Madler. He worked many, many hours for me
trying to get the right sound and fit. My ear canal was so small [and]
he had a very difficult time, but he kept on trying and after 2 sets of
hearing aids he sent them to another company and BINGO – They are
perfect!!! He is truly an angel and a Godsend to our community. He can’t
be beat. I never in my received such caring and sharing and respect as I
got from Ken Madler. He respects every person he meets and sends you on
your way with a bye and a God Bless. He’s more than an audiologist –
he’s a friend.

Wanted
to tell of my experiences with my new “hearing aids”. I was not looking
for “cosmetic” when I went for them, but cosmetically they are beyond
what anyone would expect. When I tell people I have the aids they don’t
believe it. As for the improvement in my hearing… I live alone so I
don’t think there is any improvement except when I first came home I
could hear the clock tick and the birds chirp. I have been wearing them
for approximately 5 months and have given them the travel test (as I
call it). Traveling in planes and vans and cars plus being around other
people and atmospheres and have had VERY positive feedback. I have none
of the ringing or feedback that people talk about. I expose myself to
LOUD music on a weekly basis and have noticed no difference or
discomfort whatsoever. Family have said they see an improvement [in my
ability to hear]. I am as pleased as I possibly could be. Ken has been
very supportive and available (which was, and is, important to me). I
did some comparison shopping before I went with Ken and I am positive I
made the right decision.
